At our agency, we prioritize building lasting relationships with our clients and ensuring their peace of mind through personalized service. We are currently seeking a Licensed Agency Consultant to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier insurance products and services.
Licensed Agency Consultants start at $21 per hour plus commission range of 3-10%, according to terms of pay plan.
Average annual compensation is $50,000.

RequirementsLicensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain an insurance license in Washington state.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing client information and insurance policies.
Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
