Located in the Nickel Plate District, we are looking for someone for 20-30 hours a week with a property and casualty license who can assist in helping to service our clients. requests.

Your expertise in handling insurance-related inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing client relationships. Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process service transactions for the agency
• Resolve client inquiries and be the first point of contact for the agency
• Manage Client Requests: Address customer concerns efficiently, finding appropriate resolutions and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Maintain organized and accurate client records in the agency management system.

Requirements

• Maintain a current Property and Casualty License and have 1 year experience in Property and Casualty insurance
• Process policy endorsements, updates, and changes accurately and efficiently to ensure client records are up-to-date.
• Ensure all required documentation is collected and submitted in accordance with company guidelines.
• Handle billing inquiries, process premium payments, and address any issues related to invoicing or payment transactions.
• Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
