Job description
Must have strong and effective interpersonal and managerial skills. Work with the Excutive Chef on menu planning, inventory and mangement of supplies. Oversee kitchen staff and keep up with food saftey standards. Ensure food is delievered to guests in a timely fashion. Ensure food preparation is done with consistancy. Passion and energy: must love what you do and be eager to do it. Our resturant thrives off of creativity and uniqueness, this must relay within the kicthen. Must create a strong partnership with all of mangement and owners. A menu tasting will be required. We offer a very competeitve salary.
