Wealth Recruitment, LLC is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Director to join our client's healthcare organization. The Clinical Director will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of clinical services, ensuring high-quality patient care, and promoting a positive work environment.

As a Clinical Director, you will oversee and supervise clinical staff, develop and implement policies and procedures, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective operations. You will also be responsible for monitoring and improving clinical outcomes, managing budgets, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Our ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. The Clinical Director should also have experience in staff development, performance management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Master's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
• Licensure in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or substance abuse.
• Cannot be LCDC due to state requirements.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting.
• Proven track record in managing and developing clinical staff.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and build effective relationships.
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
• Understanding of healthcare technology and its impact on clinical operations.
