- Worksite Location: Rochester, MN
- Compensation: $65,000-$80,000 annually
What youll do as the Account Manager: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Respond to inquiries regarding all lines of coverage, and assist with plan, carrier changes, claims, and billing
- Collaborate with risk advisors to determine and meet client goals
- Analyze markets for competitive pricing and develop insurance solutions for current clients
- Analyze quotes from carriers for accuracy
- Evaluate and prepare renewal comparisons and policy proposals
- Evaluate and process client requests to ensure appropriate coverage is met
- Receive and process new business, renewals, and cancellations
- Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with partner insurance carriers
- Enter activity and other relevant information into the companys software systems
- Travel as necessary for client meetings
What youll bring to the Account Manager role: - High school degree or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred
- 3+ years of commercial lines insurance experience
- Ability to obtain a property and casualty insurance license
