Job description
- Supply Chain program manager with domain experience as per below
- Direct Sourcing/Procurement (Capex), Indirect Spend Management(Opex),
- Forecast-to-Source, Source-to-Procure, Procure-to-Pay, Order to Cash
- Purchase Order, Invoice, Sales Order, Contract etc
- Enterprise Data/Master Dat
- 3rd-party system integrations
- Supplier Collaboration
- Inventory Management
- Supply Chain Quality
- B2B Integrations (EDI/API etc)
- Collaborate cross-functionally and drive resolution in a timely manner
- Drive discussions and accelerate data-driven decision making. Understand the correlation of complex problems, rethink assumptions, propose options, converge the team opinions
- Facilitate and prioritize team efforts based on team OKRs. Tackle urgent problems, deliver short-term mitigations, and enable long-term strategies.
- Enhance operational excellence and work efficiency
- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish
- Working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
- Projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres.
