$130-175K annual base DOE
Monday through Friday onsite in Pasadena, CA
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice in the state of California.

5+ years of experience in:
- Arbitration/Trials(First chair would be a plus)
- Construction Litigation, Construction Defect, Contract Law, Employment Law, Insurance Law, Real Estate Law, and other relevant areas.

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our construction, real estate, employment, insurance law firm. You will be responsible for representing our clients in court proceedings and mediations while providing high quality legal advice. You must have an in-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in order to effectively defend the rights of our clients.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting research, and preparing briefs and motions. You will also be responsible for attending court hearings and mediations, representing our clients, and providing strong legal advice.

What You Need for this Position

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice in the state of California.

5+ years of experience in:
- Arbitration/Trials(First chair would be a plus)
- Construction Litigation, Construction Defect, Contract Law, Employment Law, Insurance Law, Real Estate Law, and other relevant areas.

Additionally, you must have the ability to write and review documents and briefs, as well as handle all aspects of the legal process.
