Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Compensation: Up to $120K base + 10-15% bonus
Overview: ROWLAND, LLC. is excited to partner with a specialized aerospace manufacturing company in Phoenix that is backed by a well-capitalized and established private equity firm and is rapidly expanding their product lines and customer base. The manager will report to a talented CFO, who is both a strategic thought-leader and collaborative mentor with a wealth of experience across Big 4 public accounting, F500 and Private Equity over the past 20 plus years.
We seek a Finance Manager who's highly proactive, self-directed and can hit the ground running. The finance department runs lean, so this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact for the organization while being empowered to focus on driving revenue growth, improve financial operational efficiencies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain financial models, providing insights into business trends, variances, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
Support the monthly operating review and quarterly board meeting material preparation.
Conduct in-depth analysis of financial results, identifying key drivers and opportunities for cost optimization or revenue enhancement.
Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis to drive profitability, operational improvements, and overall business performance.
Develop and maintain management dashboards and other business intelligence reporting.
Responsible for ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal and external controls.
Working on additional ad-hoc analyses that help drive business strategy and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Masters in related fields or MBA preferred.
7+ years' experience in analytical finance or accounting roles preferably in commercial aerospace, distribution, or manufacturing with progressively increasing responsibilities.
Minimum of 2 years of management experience preferred.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
