Responsibilities- Up to 30% travel in SC and GA to rotate 6 branch locations
- Communicate with employees at all levels of the organization and collaborate with department leads to assess team performance and dynamics
- Serve as primary point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, providing support for training, and performance management.
- Identify and help address team-related challenges to nurture a positive work culture.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or equivalent work experience in a human resources role.
- Experience in employee relations is required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
- Exceptional relationship building skills
- Certifications such as PHR or SHRP-CP are a plus
- Experience with HRIS or related software, Paylocity is a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Strong organizational skills
