Job Description:
We are currently seeking licensed real estate agents in Tuscaloosa and neighboring areas to join our network of Showing Agents and Assistants. As a Showing Agent, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise while earning competitive compensation.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct buyer and rental showings in the Tuscaloosa area.
- Generate light inspection reports and assist with Open Houses as needed.
- Utilize electronic lockbox systems for seamless property access.
- Maintain professionalism and provide exceptional service to clients.

Requirements:
- Must hold a valid real estate license (or be willing to obtain one, assistance available).
- Access to MLS and familiarity with Tuscaloosa's real estate landscape.
- Proficiency in utilizing electronic lockbox systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

Compensation:
- Agents earn an average of $34 per home shown, with opportunities for additional tips.
- Payment for each home shown, offering flexibility and earning potential.
