Job description

Are you passionate about contributing to a dynamic team focused on efficiency and excellence? Join our National Finance & Administration Services department, a critical backbone supporting the success of our retail divisions and executive leadership. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Real Estate Systems Senior Analyst to play a key role in managing, maintaining, and validating data crucial for accurate reporting and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a liaison between business end-users and development teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements.
- Provide actionable insights through complex analyses to support enhanced reporting and analysis projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to research, analyze, and explain real estate data specific to systems.
- Lead the team in large-scale projects, offering guidance and expertise.
- Coordinate with leadership on team KPIs and workload management.
- Prepare internal and external communications related to system developments and enhancements.
- Act as a subject matter expert in real estate application architecture.
- Mentor and train team members to foster a motivated and professional workforce.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to leadership.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in data analytics or developments using R, Python, SQL, or Alteryx required.
- Tableau experience highly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

- Work may be performed in an office, remote office, or a combination of both.
- Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand, and move from one area to another.
- Constant use of keyboard/mouse.
- Occasional pushing, pulling, bending, lifting, and moving up to 25 lbs.

Travel:

- Minimal travel required for job-related duties.
