What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing construction finances & client management.
- Forecasting and scheduling to meet project deadlines.
- Ensuring safety, quality, and production standards are met.
- Engaging with stakeholders through effective communication.
About You
- Able to oversee complex construction projects.
- Skilled in project management software; HCSS a bonus.
- Proficient in GPS & Drone operation is a plus.
- Understanding of estimating for construction projects.
- 5+ years construction experience
- 3+ years experience managing
- Understanding of estimating a plus
