Job Duties Summary: The successful candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities by using a consultive approach to selling. They will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads that will provide sales opportunities with both new & existing customers and client base.
Major Functional Areas and Description of Duties: - Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new & existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications: - 2-5 years sales experience
- Experience with US Navy and/or DoD industry
- Experience with US DoD voice communications and air traffic control systems
- Good knowledge of competitive environment for military voice communication system solutions
- Experience selling into both US DoD and prime contractors
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quotas
- Strong written and verbal communications
Special Notations or Conditions of Employment: - Must be a US Citizen
- Able to obtain a DoD security clearance
