Description

Job Duties Summary: The successful candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities by using a consultive approach to selling. They will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads that will provide sales opportunities with both new & existing customers and client base.


Major Functional Areas and Description of Duties:

• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Successfully create business from new & existing customer accounts
• Manage complex negotiations with senior level executives
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years sales experience
• Experience with US Navy and/or DoD industry
• Experience with US DoD voice communications and air traffic control systems
• Good knowledge of competitive environment for military voice communication system solutions
• Experience selling into both US DoD and prime contractors
• Working knowledge of CRM systems
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quotas
• Strong written and verbal communications

• Must be a US Citizen
• Able to obtain a DoD security clearance
