Responsibilities

Our operation manager is responsible for the daily management of several parking facilities. Delivers company, client, and customer expectations by ensuring the facility is operating in accordance with company policy and client expectations. The operation manager is also responsible for recruiting, scheduling, and managing the performance of the hourly workforce assigned to the facility

Qualifications and Other Details

Associate degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum of two years of operational and leadership experience in the parking or related industry, including revenue control and reporting.

Ability to manage sophisticated technology-enabled valet systems.

Three years of experience in Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Strong oral and written communications and comprehension skills are required.

A valid driver’s license
