Job description

Scrum Master roles will be aligned to Agile Delivery teams transitioning to SAFe ART delivery. Domains: Data Architecture, Infrastructure, Cloud, Systems Reliability - Foundation technology focused teams
- Type of background 3-5 yrs. ScrumMaster experience (i.e. ScrumMaster functions, backlog management, etc.), Agile Coaching experience, SAFe certification preferred
- Top 3-5 Skills Needed: Driving accountability and execution, leading delivery team through estimation and agile ceremonies, coaching
- Any certifications required?: SAFe SM or SP preferred

Write up:

• 3-5 years as Scrum Master/Product Owner
• Backlog management
• Agile Release Train (ART) in SAFe environment
• Agile transformation experience
• SAFe cert will move candidate to top
• FinTech/Banking is a plus

EXPERIENCE:
2-5 years of Experience serving as Scrum Master
Banking/Financial industry experience a plus
Exp: 2 - 5. Experience: Relies on some experience to plan and accomplish tasks.
Leadership/Contributions: May lead junior resources.
Reports to: Manager.
Advanced Degree or Certifications? Maybe.
