Role Title: Project Manager
Contract Period: 9-month W2 contract with possible extension of up to 2 years
Work Location: Hybrid or Fully Onsite Hybrid Work 3x Days per week in office.
Pay Rate:50-57/h
Project Overview: Trust & Safety Vendor operations focuses on managing a large and growing contingent workforce across 08+ Trust & Safety sites. The T&S Vendor operations team is responsible for the strategy, governance, and operations across the Temp, Vendor and Contractor (TVC) population. We partner with teams across Legal, Security, XWS, REWS, T&S engineering and external Vendor partners to bring innovation, process improvements, and technology in building a world-class operation. VO team members have the opportunity to create, develop and implement some of the most complex operations around the world.
As a part of this team, you will be responsible for bringing organizational changes to processes related to Outsourcing and a chance to collaborate with several stakeholders around the globe to bring operational rigor and standardization.
Overall Responsibilities: (Share 2-3 sentences about the POSITION) Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: As above - successfully program managing and driving results of key projects across Service Delivery (BSO) Define, organize, and manage the activities that lead to the outcomes of a project, what, who, when, and how.
Deliver results on time.
Effectively monitor and communicate progress, risks, and mitigations.
Align stakeholders on decisions and changing circumstances.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: (All skills, both technical and soft, required to be successful in the role) Minimum qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience working in a Consulting, Vendor management, or Project/Program Management capacity.
- 5+ Experience in program management and execution, multi-tasking and delegating of complex programs in large Orgs.
- Experience working collaboratively in a global team environment and influencing a diverse set of stakeholders across continents.
