Job description

Jack Cawthon`s Bar-B-Que in Nashville, TN is looking for a crew member to join our team full time or part time. We offer many benefits including:

- Starting pay of $14/hr plus $16/hr in tips and commission opportunities.

We are located on 416 Broadway. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• As a crew member, your main responsibility is to prepare and serve delicious food while providing our customers with the best dining experience possible. We will teach you to consistently follow proper recipes and procedures and adhire to our high standards regarding meal preparation, cleaning and sanitation, teamwork and customer service. 

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Desire to build an entry level position to a management career
• Ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to stand and/or work for an entire shift.
