We are currently seeking an experienced Escrow Officer College Station to join our esteemed client’s team. The Escrow Officer plays a pivotal role in various aspects of Real Estate transactions, including business development, escrow instruction preparation, fund management, and effective communication with all involved parties. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, organizational mastery, and the ability to maintain professionalism during and after closing transactions.

- Business Development: Consistently meets or exceeds personal and company revenue goals with a 95% client retention rate.
- Customer Service: Achieves a 90% satisfaction rate, indicating clients’ willingness to return for future business.
- Efficiency: Successfully closes more than $30,000 in revenue monthly.

Duties/Responsibilities for Escrow Officer College Station:
- Focuses on business development, including maintaining existing client relationships and driving new business growth.
- Efficiently tracks calls, appointments, and marketing activities.
- Attends a minimum of two marketing events per month and remains accountable in marketing meetings.
- Engages in continuous learning, reading one marketing/sales training book quarterly or attending relevant seminars.
- Develops strong business relationships with lenders, realtors, and industry professionals.
- Maintains communication with Closing Manager, Pre and Post Closing Assistants, updating on file statuses.
- Manages the overall closing process, ensuring a professional closing experience for all parties involved, including obtaining appropriate signatures, handling of good funds, and meeting all title and lender requirements.
- Reviews contracts, title commitments, and lender instructions to prepare settlement statements and necessary real estate documents.
- Submits error-free Settlement Statements to lenders for approval.
- Resolves post-closing issues according to company standards.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Complete knowledge of handling a Real Estate transaction from contract receipt to funding and disbursement.
- Solid understanding of title insurance, regulatory guidelines, legal documents, and real property law.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating excellent people skills.
- Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative approach to the job.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Ability to stay informed about Real Estate trends.
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Proficient in Closing Software (SoftPro a plus), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher), and Adobe Suite.
- Advanced mathematical expertise, covering statistical inferences, geometry fundamentals, and the practical application of fractions, percentages, and ratios.
- Candidates must provide documentation of their book of business, showcasing client relationships and proven expertise.
Required Experience:
- 5 years in the title industry or a related field.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Must have a current Notary.
- Up-to-date Escrow license.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: Commencing at a competitive $42,000, with the potential to exceed $50,000 based on experience and demonstrated excellence.
