Job description
Trillion Technology solutions is currently hiring for a Business Development Proposal Manager.
Location: Remote, otherwise Reston, VA
Roles and responsibilities:
- Create documentation and educational materials to inform users on technical systems and organizational processes.
- Create modern documentation and user assistance infrastructure.
- Work closely with management and technical leads to create the most up to date and informative documents to bring users from novice to power users.
- Responsible for document deliverables of substantial scope and complexity.
- Maintain existing document libraries
- Create well formatted templates and formatted documents for technical staff to update internal guides within the organization
Minimum Required Experience:
- 2-3+ Years' Experience working with content in multiples mediums
- 2-3+ Years' Experience owning documentation processes from beginning to end
- 2-3+ Years' Experience writing technical documentation in the field of engineering, manufacturing, or information technology
- 2-3+ Years' Experience working with technical and management personnel experience capturing and refining written documents
- 2-3+ Years' Experience producing and editing professional PowerPoint presentation files
- 2-3+ Years' Experience working in proposal planning and writing
- 2-3+ Years' Experience writing RFP's, RFI's, RFQ's for federal subcontract space
Preferred Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail; ability to prioritize work on multiple projects in an ever changing and fast paced environment
- Ability to write to multiple audiences, from non-technical end users, programmers, and system administrators.
