Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
Salary: $20 - $24 per hour
Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative at Style Netbox, you will be the front-line ambassador of our brand, providing exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities include:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction with our services
- Providing information about products, services, and promotions
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications: We are looking for individuals who possess:
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
