Job Responsibilities:

Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with referral partners such as Realtors, Financial Advisors, and Bank Branches.
Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate partnership opportunities through events and direct-to-consumer activities.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of company products, policies, underwriting requirements, and guidelines.
Financial Analysis: Analyze detailed financial and credit data, aligning consumer needs with suitable loan programs and risk levels.
Requirements:

Valid NMLS GA state license.
2+ years of successful external/outside retail mortgage origination experience with an emphasis on self-sourced business.
Proven sales experience meeting production standards set for branch production.
Familiarity with FNMA/FHLMC, FHA/VA guidelines, and understanding of real estate transactions.
