job summary:

A Construction Manager is needed for a leader in the world of Technical Services and Engineering in the Dorchester, MA area. This job involves overseeing quality assurance and quality control inspections for various fieldwork tasks ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards, and providing timely documentation and communication to support the Owner's Underground Maintenance and Construction Department.

responsibilities:

• All work done by Contractor must comply with Owner's Quality Control Procedures and Inspection and Test Plan requirements.

QA/QC inspections often involve entering energized environments and/or confined spaces such as manholes or vaults.

Contractor to review field construction work completed by Owner's crews to ensure compliance with applicable Underground Construction Standards.

Owner to provide all relevant QA/QC documents and forms to Contractor for recording inspection results.

Contractor responsible for completing QA/QC documented inspections in a timely manner as requested by Owner's Underground Maintenance and Construction Department, following Owner's Quality Control Procedures and Inspection and Test Plan requirements.

Contractor to provide Owner's Maintenance and Construction Manager, or designee, with verified inspections, checklists, non-conformance forms, and other requirements per Owner's Quality Control Procedure.
