Position Title: Marketing Coordinator

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday during regular business hours

Location: Remote within the United States or Hybrid in Beaverton, OR

FLSA Status: Exempt (Salary)

Reports To: Head of Sales

Department: Sales

Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to join our team at [Company Name]. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be instrumental in implementing marketing strategies to expand our reach and positively impact students and educators worldwide. Your role will involve overseeing digital marketing campaigns, coordinating conference logistics, and providing operational support to our Sales team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the optimization of our marketing efforts by implementing process improvements and broadening the audience for our brand message.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing: Collaborate with content specialists to plan, create, and distribute digital marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product release notices, and social media posts, ensuring timely delivery of all initiatives.
Asset Management: Develop and maintain a centralized storage system for all marketing assets, both internal and external, ensuring accessibility to all stakeholders.
Promotional Materials: Coordinate requirements with the graphics department, manage inventory, place orders, and verify receipt of promotional materials as needed.
Web Content Management: Maintain up-to-date information about our products and services on our website and other marketing platforms.
Reporting: Prepare periodic marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales and lead data for various stakeholders.
Market Research: Conduct research on competitive products, including characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising, and maintain research databases.
Event Planning: Coordinate logistics for conferences and trade shows, including registration, scheduling, travel coordination, and preparation of promotional materials.
CRM Database: Maintain customer profiles in our CRM system (Salesforce) and prepare periodic activity reports for the Sales team.
Internal Communications: Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful marketing initiatives and provide updates on ongoing initiatives and key performance indicators.
External Communications: Support customers by addressing website or account issues, responding to social media messages and comments, and managing the organization's general email inbox.
