Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Location: Pleasanton, CA & Garden Grove, CA
Salary: $110,000-$160,000
Requirements: Electrical Project management experience in Multi-Family, Commercial & Hospitality renovation & ground-up projects

What You Will Be Doing

-As Project manager, you will be ahead of leadership & team management by coordinating & delegating tasks to the project operations team, which includes assistant Project managers, general superintendent, & project coordinators
-Defining technical requirements & feasibility of each project
-Outlining time schedules, costs & resources needed to design & deliver electrical operations projects
-Project coordination & planning with all aspects of the construction process, including hiring of subcontractors, bidding, and working with owners, architects, & vendors. You will also obtain bids, negotiate price & scope as well and perform post-bid subcontractor buyout
-Project oversight providing support to operations team to ensure safety, quality, schedule, & budget goals. Prepare cash flow projections & ensure accurate job forecasting
-Relationship growth & development using strong communication skills to develop construction teams, staff, and clients, & build trust throughout interactions while exceeding client & team satisfaction

What You Need for this Position

- 3-5+ Years Experience as an Electrical Project Manager
- Project Manager experience in Multi-family, Hospitality, and Commercial both renovation & ground-up projects
- Knowledge of Electrical Code
- Knowledge of Low Voltage
- Knowledge of High voltage
