The RN Case Manager will be based out of our Auburn Maine office. While Registered Nurse candidates seeking full-time opportunities are preferred, we are open to discussing part-time and per diem options if desired! Job Requirements of the Registered Nurse Case Manager:

• Valid Nursing License in the State of Maine
• 2+ years of experience in skilled care preferred
• 1+ year of experience in nursing supervision preferred
• Recent wound care experience preferred
• Current CPR BLS certification required
• Reliable transportation

After 90 days of employment 20% of the sign on bonus will be paid out. The remaining sign on bonus will be paid after 6 months of employment.
