Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and specifications for repairs and maintenance procedures.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and computer software to accurately diagnose vehicle problems.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain vehicle issues, repair recommendations, and cost estimates.
- Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timeframes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols.
- Stay updated on advancements in automotive technology and industry best practices through ongoing training.

Responsibilities Diagnosing Vehicle Issues: Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems in vehicles.
Repairing and Maintaining Vehicles: Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, and electrical components.
Performing Routine Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements to keep vehicles running smoothly.
Following Manufacturer Guidelines: Adhere to manufacturer guidelines and specifications for repairs, maintenance procedures, and recommended service intervals.
Interpreting Technical Manuals: Interpret technical manuals, service bulletins, and other resources to understand repair procedures and specifications for different vehicle models.
Using Diagnostic Equipment: Operate diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and computer software to diagnose complex vehicle issues accurately.
Communicating with Customers: Communicate effectively with customers to explain vehicle issues, repair recommendations, and cost estimates in a clear and understandable manner.
