Pay Rate: $19 and up based on relevant education and experience
Schedule: Part time create your own daytime schedule-potential to go full time!
Minumum requirements: Highschool/GED Diploma, valid driver's license with registered and insured vehicle, cpr and first aid certification or willing to obtain.

Currently, we're hiring for clients in the Fitchburg MA area, and together with family members and existing providers, we'll work towards achieving personalized goals that enhance independence both at home and within the community.
What You'll Be Doing (Essential Duties): * You'll support individuals in learning, maintaining, or improving skills through their participation in a variety of activities of everyday life, including in their homes and in the community to improve their level of independence!
* You'll implement support strategies to achieve the individual's personalized goals!
* You'll submit accurate and complete daily progress notes for each shift worked with the individuals!
What We Expect of You (Qualifications): * High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
* Valid driver's license and existing insurance.
* Must be willing to drive individuals in personal cars throughout the community. We provide mileage reimbursement!
* Willing to comply with required policies, standards, and regulations including, but not limited to background checks, reference checks, and driving record checks.
* Must have flexible availability.
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills!
