Location: Springfield, VA
Clearance: TS/SCI required
Experience: At least 4 years of accounting or financial management experience.

As a Financial Analyst with S2, you will have the opportunity to execute day-to-day accounting and audit activities, gathering crucial audit-related data and contributing to the development of project deliverables.

Duties:

• Execute day-to-day accounting and audit activities with precision.
• Demonstrate awareness and knowledge of Federal Government financial and management responsibilities.
• Foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment.
• Gathering audit-related data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of accounting and auditing concepts and apply them to client situations
• Demonstrating professionalism and competence in the client’s environment
• Assist in drafting and preparing project deliverables.
• Utilize technology to share knowledge, develop skills, and foster continuous learning.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business management-related field; or Master’s degree in accounting or business management.
• At least 4 years of accounting or financial management experience.
• At least 2 years of federal financial management experience in roles such as Accountant, Financial Auditor, Financial Analyst, or Financial System Analyst.
• TS/SCI Clearance

Desired:

• DoD or Intelligence Community Financial Management Experience.
• CPA, CIA, CFE, CGFM, or CDFM Certification.
