The position involves working various shifts, including:
- 5:45 AM to 2:15 PM
- 1:45 PM to 10:15 PM
- 9:45 PM to 6:15 AM
Production Technician Bryan TX Responsibilities:
- Responsibly handle materials to support essential functions such as mixing, baking, packing, and more.
- Operate equipment efficiently and effectively to meet production targets and complete tasks.
- Evaluate potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), and Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) regulations daily.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort:
- Work involves regular exposure to dirt, dust, fumes, extreme temperatures, humidity, darkness, and noise.
- The work environment includes potential exposure to physical risks associated with mechanical, chemical, and electrical hazards.
- Regular exposure to food products and food allergens.
- The position requires standing, walking around the office and plant, lifting and carrying packages weighing up to 50 pounds, utilizing fine dexterity and reaching, and kneeling, crawling, and twisting to inspect equipment.
- Good vision, hearing, and communication skills are necessary; professional etiquette is expected when interacting with colleagues and others.
- Personal protective equipment, as defined by Snelling Staffing, will be provided.
