Position Overview :The Director of Outpatient Clinical Services holds a pivotal leadership role within Anthony's Villa, overseeing the delivery and quality of outpatient clinical services. This role demands a licensed professional who is dedicated to the provision of exceptional therapeutic services, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards. The Director will lead a team of mental health professionals in delivering effective and tailored therapeutic interventions, enhancing the well-being and development of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of outpatient clinical programs and services.
- Ensure that services comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, and adhere to the highest professional and ethical standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide professional development opportunities for outpatient clinical staff, including social workers, counselors, and therapists.
- Develop strategic partnerships with other departments, community organizations, and stakeholders to optimize service delivery and client outcomes.
- Create and enforce policies and procedures for outpatient clinical operations, aiming to enhance the quality and effectiveness of care.
- Evaluate the performance of outpatient services, implementing necessary adjustments to improve client care and satisfaction.
- Offer direct clinical supervision to licensed staff and interns, facilitating their professional growth and development.
- Advocate for resources and support necessary to meet the evolving needs of the outpatient services department.
- Utilize evidence-based practices in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and intervention to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Participate in organizational strategic planning, contributing insights and expertise to drive the mission and goals of Anthony's Villa forward.
Qualifications:
- Active LISW-S, LPCC-S, or LMFT-S license in the state of Ohio is required.
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of clinical experience with a proven track record in outpatient settings, including 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Demonstrated skill in program development, staff supervision, and clinical service delivery.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving excellence in service delivery.
- Comprehensive knowledge of therapeutic interventions, clinical methodologies, and best practices in outpatient mental health services.
- Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities, with a focus on enhancing client outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines in clinical practice.
