JOB SUMMARY

The Account Manager will be part of a highly successful and highly impactful Medical Technology & Technology team at Addison Whitney that is dedicated largely to non-pharmaceutical businesses. 

Operating with a teamwork attitude and growth mindset, the Account Manager functions as the primary client contact on a tactic level, supporting upper-level client management team members and partnering with Agency Operations. This position is responsible for the day-to-day account activities and ensuring the execution of tactical objectives is aligned with the client’s expectations and the overall brand strategy. 

Depending on specific project or client needs, the Account Manager will engage on client calls and assist with both client needs and problem solving to keep projects moving forward. The Account Manager will help scope out new requests by coordinating with various departments to pull together estimates and written scopes for review. This role will also be a key piece in ensuring successful client projects and satisfaction, while building rapport with the creative teams internally through clear communication, drafting project briefs, creative reviews and distilling client feedback. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $68,000 to $85,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
