Skills Requirement Education
Bachelor or higher degree.
10+ years experience in working in IT services organization.
At least 8+ years of SQL DBA experience covering implementation, production support and project work.
At least 4+ years of exposure as L3/SME support role.
Knowledge and Understanding of ITIL process In client facing role(s) for at least 3 years.
On call support for at least 3 years.
Excellent Documentations skills in MS SharePoint 2010 /2013, Confluence.
Mandatory skills - SQL Server administration required skills Sr.level Microsoft SQL Server DBA with experience in large and critical environments.
Good Experience of performance tuning at both server level and query level. Candidate must have knowledge of perfmon, SQL Server dynamic management views.
Knowledge of SQL server internals. Knowledge of SQL partitioning.
Hands-on experience on mirroring, replication and Always ON Good knowledge/experience Query optimization.
Must have automation experience.
Good knowledge of scripting. Ability to write scripts in T-SQL, PowerShell or Python.
Knowledge of SSIS packages.
Hands-on experience on SQL Server Clustering. Hands-on experience on Integration Services, Reporting services and Analysis services Good to have skills Knowledge on AWS Cloud services like RDS, S3, Redshift etc MySQL/PostgresSQL knowledge / experience. Linux Knowledge.
