Job description

You will be working directly with our sales team to program and demo new CNC machines and turning centers. This opportunity will involve working with some of the latest equipment and technology. A diverse CNC programming background is required along with great people skills.

Responsibilities:

Every machine Green Button ready w/ a top notch Demo Every day!

GoPro cameras inside machines for live videos on adjacent monitor on select machines.

Demo Story Sheet on every machine.

Every demo is documented with tool feed / speed and DOC. etc

Other responsibilities:

23 x month Training Classes

Classes consist of: Classroom & Hands On. Classes:

Basic Operation Lathe / Mill

Basic Prog. Lathe / Mill

Adv. Prog. Lathe / Mill

Macro Prog. Mill

5 Axis operation

Mill Turn operation

Requirements

• 510 or more years experience with strong proficiency in the setup operation and programming of CNC Machining Centers and Turning Centers.
  
• Strong understanding of Machine Tool controls including Fanuc Siemens Heidenhain
  
• Flexibility to work with Mastercam ESPRIT GibbsCAM or similar.
  
• Professional appearance attitude and manner
  
• A strong work ethic and problemsolving skills
  
• Solid organization and prioritization skills
  
• Strong verbal and written skills
