The ideal candidate is a talented and motivated Junior HTML Developer looking to kickstart a career in software development. You will execute on marketing calendar evergreen and seasonal initiatives through creating and maintaining landing pages, the Evite home page, and marketing emails. You have laser-focused attention to detail and the curiosity and motivation needed to become the team’s subject matter expert in visual web design, development platforms, and ESPs. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive and visually appealing web pages within Webflow using HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript, following mockups as directed
- Develop and manage effective marketing email campaigns, following mockups as directed
- Convert content mockups into responsive HTML templates.
- Own the hosting of assets and implementation of tracking URLs.
- Use familiarity with audience filters and ESP functionality to assist in campaign set up.
- Conduct webpage rendering tests on relevant browsers and platforms
- Collaborate with cross functional team members to address rendering issues
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of HTML for building web pages and responsive emails
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Flexibility to quickly adapt and produce in a constantly evolving environment; meeting quick schedules, and/or with changing priorities
- Eagerness to expand skills and take on new challenges
- Familiarity with Webflow or similar visual website building platforms
Preferred Requirements:
- 2-3 years of software development experience
- Familiarity with Cheetah or similar ESPs(email service providers) for email campaign creation and set up, proofing, launch, and reporting
The compensation range for this role is $65-90K.
