Pay Rate: $16.50
Shifts: Different shifts available until filled.
Full time position.
Location: This is remote for Southeast Texas area ONLY.
What’s a typical day as a Product Support Representative? You’ll be:
• Answering inbound phone calls for fraudulent or suspicious Debit/Credit and ATM Card Transactions, assisting those cardholders according to policy and referring them to their financial institution when necessary.
• Assisting cardholders and financial institutions with lost or stolen Debit/Credit and ATM Card reports.
• Attending training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, either customer-facing or phone customer support.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Are able to work a set, assigned schedule in a 24/7/365 call center that will include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Have reliable high-speed internet service with a minimum download speed of 20 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps.
• Have a quiet and confidential workspace, with the ability to secure a backup workspace in the event of a power or internet outage.
