Title: Grinding Operator (Back Days) [Every other Wednesday and Thursday - Saturday]
Status: Full-Time, Temp or Temp-to-Hire
Job Duties:
Incoming inspection and receiving at the grinding process. Assist with loading and unloading product (wafers) on tools. Stage incoming work as needed. Exercise product handling skills that prevent loss of product due to carelessness. Complete batch divide process step as needed. Re-fill supplies, drill containers, break down boxes, re-polish cassette return, package containers for shipment to Japan. Data entry required for input into Excel spreadsheets and record keeping systems. Load process instructions into the production tool computers. Continuous and accurate data collection and input. Maintain 5S protocol. Continuous housekeeping of process tools and immediate area floor and wall space. Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
Qualifications:
This position requires English speaking and reading skills such that provide ability to process information and documents as well as the ability to follow English spoken and written instructions. High level of teamwork and cooperation. This position requires that all safety requirements be strictly followed at all times. Strong understanding of basic math functions of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Requires a high level of self initiative, desire to learn and be effective. Requires the ability to listen and pay close attention to details. Ability to use manufacturing process equipment, PC and peripherals (printer, scanner), basic hand tools, cleaning supplies and equipment.
