Position Overview:

Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable Representative seeking a remote opportunity to showcase your skills? We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Representative, you'll play a crucial role in managing billing processes, resolving account balances, and ensuring optimal cash flow. Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize Epic system to review and resolve billing edits, charge information, and insurance benefits across multiple hospitals, clinics, and insurance companies.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve business results and address trends or anomalies.
- Escalate unresolved issues promptly and recommend solutions to minimize future problems.
- Maintain productivity and performance standards while making appropriate decisions on account activity.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in automated account follow-up system within a hospital setting, health insurance claims processing, or medical office.
- Epic experience is preferred.
- College-level coursework is a plus.

- NorCal (Napa, Sonoma): Min: $24.26, Max: $37.84
- Southern California, NorCal (Humboldt), Alaska (Kodiak, Seward, Valdez): Min: $21.62, Max: $33.73
- WA Puget Sound, Oregon (Portland), Alaska (Anchorage): Min: $20.74, Max: $32.36
- Oregon (Hood River, Medford, Seaside): Min: $19.37, Max: $30.16
- Eastern Washington (Richland, Spokane, Walla Walla): Min: $18.46, Max: $28.79
- Montana: Min: $16.70, Max: $26.05
- Texas: Min: $15.82, Max: $24.68
