Our team focuses on solutions that rely on an asset inventory that is maintained in a geodatabase. We utilize cutting edge technologies by deploying and integrating the following suite of software packages:

Your Key Responsibilities
This position is an external client facing position with our Management Consulting Team.
As an Enterprise Systems Principal within the Management Consulting Team, you will be supporting enterprise asset management (EAM) consulting services to local governments and utilities in North America.
Contributes to successful use of enterprise systems by coaching clients on the use of technology, developing projects through thought leadership and managing projects.
Support business development for the MTC team and support business development in Southeastern US, with a focus on enterprise system’s services.
Work closely with regional leadership to identify and create/incubate opportunities for this offering across the region and across multiple business lines.
Participate in the enterprise system’s business plan development and execution.
Work dynamically with project teams to identify best-fit solutions to complex business, strategic, infrastructure, and operational issues, that involve elevated risk.
Maintain and grow client relationships and lead business development efforts in responding to client requests, RFQs, and RFPs.
In some cases, serve as the project manager for client engagements, ensuring delivery of high-quality services on time and within budget.
Serve as an independent reviewer of analysis prepared by peers or junior staff to ensure technical accuracy and appropriateness of methods and tools being utilized as well as solutions being evaluated.
Maintain knowledge of technology industry trends.
Meet performance goals and objectives as assigned, with respect to client-specific demands, stated delivery milestones, quality standards, project management framework, and all required training activities.
Qualifications
Your Capabilities and Credentials
Specific technology skillsets we’re seeking:
Cityworks, Lucity EAM, Cartegraph or other GIS based CMMS configuration
ArcGIS Online including advanced:
Languages including but not limited to Python, JavaScript and Arcade
Relational database expertise
No to Low coding application expertise
Enterprise ArcGIS expertise
Types of Industry experience we’re seeking:
Broad range of local government and utility planning, operation and asset management ISO 55000 experience.
Knowledge of CMMS implementation and optimization. This includes work process development, asset inventory and hierarchy design, and KPI development.
Knowledge of utility asset lifecycle and related business processes managed within an EAM such as asset handover, inspections, asset maintenance and repair, work scheduling, inventory, and repair/refurbish/replace decisions.

Education and Experience
15 or more years of experience preferred.
Related Degree, or equivalent experience
This role will require limited travel, approximately 10 to 25%.
