Document Control

Our client in Burbank, CA is a cosmetic manufacturer of creative solutions for merchandising, packaging, shipping, and distributing products! Here is your chance to work with them as a Document Quality Control! This is a temporary to-hire assignment. Responsibilities:

• Assist the QA/QC department in processing documentation requests.

• Generate Document Change Controls and route for approvals.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the changes are accurate and are made in a timely manner.

• Ensure appropriate document approvals are obtained prior to documentation becoming effective.

• Work with QA/QC compliance personnel to properly analyze data and generate final reports.

• Ensure all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.

• Maintain related databases and systems such as logs, forms, and records as required.

• Control and file all master documents, Validations, and SOPs to be maintained.

• Organize documentation into folders, binders, and other storage locations.

• Adheres to written policies and procedures related to performing assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of Document Control experience

• High school diploma or GED

• Excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and analytical skills

• Highly organized and exceptional attention to detail

• Experience with Process Improvement, Documentation, Quality Control, and Sampling

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office 

Shifts Available:
Shifts are available from Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
