Come join an already successful start-up, built by long-time industry executives - BetterComp! We are looking for a passionate Sales Development Representative who can help with outbound sales lead generation. Tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound activities including calls, emails, LinkedIn social selling, etc. 

The right candidate will be one who has experience with an outbound motion, works well in a smaller startup environment, is not afraid to try new things, and can self motivate day in and day out. This person can easily initiate relaxed but informative two-way conversations with prospects, and is highly self-motivated. The right candidate will also understand how to assess a company’s needs and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically. This job will have direct exposure to the CEO and Sr. Leadership with strong career growth potential with mentoring from experienced Saas Sales Leaders. They will collaborate directly with the executive team on strategic outreach and prospecting efforts to help grow the business. 

Qualifications

This position requires an ambitious self-starter and someone that can effectively identify qualified leads and opportunities. Relationship selling skills, with the ability to manage sales calls at varying levels of customer accounts, are essential.
