Position Summary:
Parallel Employment is seeking a talented Content Marketing Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging content across various platforms to attract and retain customers, drive brand awareness, and support marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage content marketing campaigns that align with our overall marketing strategy and objectives.
- Develop creative and persuasive content for website, blog, social media, email newsletters, and other marketing channels.
- Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure content is relevant and valuable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful content.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Analyze content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about SEO best practices and implement optimizations to increase organic search rankings.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong research skills to gather information and produce high-quality content.
- Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing is a plus.
