Bright Vision Technologies has an immediate opportunity for Physician Assistant at Pleasant Prairie, WI. with current RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
Candidate must have permanent work authorization and work for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future. Third party candidates are not eligible for this role.
Job Title: Physician Assistant
Job Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI.
Job Type: Hybrid (2 days per week, flexible schedule! Central Standard Time.)
Education and Experience:
- The knowledge, skills and abilities as indicated below are normally acquired through the successful completion of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- A valid and current RN license in the state of Wisconsin is required.
- The successful completion of a nurse practitioner program with applicable national certification is required.
- Two years of clinical nursing experience in practice area and successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner six month internship for new graduates or comparable experience is required.
- Master's of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred. Attainment of prescriptive authority or successful completion of applicable course work and pass state board exam to obtain prescriptive authority within six months of hire date.
- Bilingual speaking and/or writing skills are a plus.
Knowledge & Skills
- Requires a thorough knowledge of practice standards and policies and procedures of MMG and the appropriate professional organization.
- Requires a high level of analytical skills necessary to assess the patient and participate in follow-up care planning.
- Demonstrates interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact with patient(s), family of patient(s), physicians, other professionals and paraprofessionals.
- Demonstrates high level of communication skills, both oral and written, necessary for effective communication with patient/family, physicians, and referral sources.
