About the role

Within the Digital Cyber for Infrastructure organization, the Identity Trust team focuses on enabling and making sustainable trust in Digital services. Ensuring every user and digital solution has trusted access and adequate level of control for connecting to resources and data. The team strives to keep up with the fast-evolving pace of technologies to architect flexible identity and access management infrastructures and services.

Responsibilities:

• Driving the systematic development of indicators and automation where feasible to ensure process enforcement and compliance.
• Defining, implementing and updating strategies to ensure security along with the sanofi employee experience in a transformation context.
• Managing the governance with suppliers responsible to operate and support the technical solutions.
• Foresee both the contextual and technological changes to ensure the continuity of the cyber operational excellence.
• The team is spread across France, Germany, Netherland and United States with global stakeholders.

As an Active Directory Identities Cyber Expert , you will have the opportunity to work in Bridgewater (USA). 

Main responsibilities as Active Directory Identities Cyber Expert

• Change posture from catch up to run while having real-time monitoring capabilities. We want to accelerate the ramp up of detections and automation capabilities as well as standardizing legacy accounts and processes.
  • Implementation of correlation rules within our security tools (SIEM, etc.) to detect and support.
• Conduct remediation plans to fix vulnerabilities on AD objects (users, computers, GPOs, etc.):
  • Define corrective solutions with experts, support changes, orchestrate transformations as well as develop compliance reports.
  • Detect, analyse, qualify incidents and Cyber threats/attacks.
  • Make the compliance sustainable.
  • Ensure proper prioritization and associated planning.
  • Track and report progress to stakeholders.
• Write documentation aligned with internal Quality guidelines.
• Support stakeholders and PMO in the implementation phases.
• Leverage and maintain vulnerability detection tools on Active Directory and Domain Controllers (Tenable.AD/QRadar/PowerShell scripts)
• Manipulate data on Microsoft SQL and PowerBI
• Communicate globally with numerous users and generate adapted reports.

About You

• Master’s degree, ideally in Medical, Life sciences and/or Marketing 
• At least 1 year of professional experience in needed area
• Familiarity with the core data science languages (such as Python, R, Scala), and database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) 
• Knowledge of cloud and high-performance computer environments (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, Azure, Informatica) 
• Familiarity with Agile concepts and principles 
• Excellent written and verbal communication, business analysis, data visualization and data storytelling skills 
• Driving license
• English is a must, French would be a plus 
• Experience in production-ready software development 
• Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Visier 
• Experience in life sciences and healthcare 
• Experience in a complex global organization
