Overview:
- Jira and Confluence Administrator
- Front end and back end - admin functionalities -
- implements specific features used in JIRA and Conf -
- admin role the expectation is some Groovy and scripting knowledge.
- Will help in day-to-day monitoring.
- Helps with reporting incidents - day to day customer support as well -
- JIRA administration - in depth expertise.
Administrator Role:
- Jira in depth experience
- AWS Skills sets and Automation
- Confluence in depth experience
