Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a Service Office Team Leader. This position is vital and designed to drive excellence and foster growth. As a leader you will play a pivotal role in guiding our service office department, ensuring operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your commitment to effective leadership and the following key responsibilities will shape the success of our department during the evaluation period:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and guide the service department team.
- Foster a positive work environment and ensure high team morale.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the service department.
- Meet or exceed service targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement and maintain efficient processes to improve productivity.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Solicit and collect customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on departmental performance regularly.
- Set clear performance metrics and goals for team members.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Identify training needs within the department and coordinate relevant training sessions.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in a customer service and/or call center role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug/background screening.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Previous experience with cash handling is advantageous.
- Customer-centric mindset and dedication to exceptional service.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations.
