Job description

What you’ll do:

ALL, Inc. is hiring a local appliance delivery driver to deliver high-end appliances to ALL, Inc. customers throughout the Twin Cities area. You will safely operate a 26' box truck and with the help of a delivery assistant and straps, unload and place appliances in customer homes and job sites – while providing excellent customer service.

What we offer:

As a new ALL, Inc. Appliance Delivery Driver, you can earn a $4,000.00 sign-on/stay-on bonus with pay starting at $22.00/hr. plus an opportunity to earn Team Incentive Performance pay (TIPP) when the team achieves performance targets. Your full-time work schedule is typically Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Successful candidates will:

• Have a valid class D MN driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Be at least 21 years old, pass a DOT pre-employment physical and obtain a medical examination certificate, and pass a non-DOT drug test.
• Ability to perform heavy physical demands, lifting 50lbs. frequently.
• Have customer facing experience and demonstrated excellent customer service.
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• At least 1 year experience safely operating a 26’ box truck (preferred).
• At least 6 months experience working in a warehouse or similar type of industry safely moving and lifting heavy products using dollies and/or straps (preferred).
• Experience reading bills of lading and other delivery paperwork (preferred).
