Location: Akron/Cleveland, OH 
Salary: $90K -$110K 
Requirements: - 5+ Marketing experience, Experience creating and executing Digital Marketing Campaigns, Business Development experience, Construction Industry experience preferred,  Bachelor's preferred

What You Will Be Doing

· Own the strategic thinking, development, ideation, and execution of best-in-class integrated marketing plans and strategies

· Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives aligned to overall company goals

· Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications, messaging, and branding

· Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis to optimize marketing spend

· Create and execute digital marketing campaigns (including social media) while managing third party marketing resources

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ years Marketing experience as a Coordinator or Director
