Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with our mission and vision, ensuring global cohesion across business units.
Team Development: Cultivate a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration within the sales and marketing teams, mentoring and expanding the team to scale with our growth.
Customer Relationships: Establish and nurture enduring partnerships with key global clients, aligning our solutions with their needs for mutual success.
Growth Driving: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding our reach and enhancing revenue and profitability.
Performance Analysis: Leverage KPIs to gauge the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities, making data-informed adjustments to strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure a seamless integration of sales and marketing efforts with broader company initiatives through close cooperation with other departments.
Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and customer requirements, guiding strategic decisions and product development through thorough market analysis.

What We're Looking For:

Leadership Experience: At least 10 years in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity, preferably within our core industries.
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required, with an MBA or equivalent preferred.
Global Perspective: An ability to inspire large teams, think globally, and adapt strategies to diverse markets.
Skills: Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills, coupled with a proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
Travel Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel internationally as part of your role.
Driving Requirements: Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and compliance with state insurance requirements.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $200,000 to $230,000 annually, depending on your location and experience. Your compensation package will also include bonuses, long-term incentives, and a commission for new business, alongside a comprehensive suite of health and welfare benefits.
