Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Broker Operations Specialist in Mason, OH. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in fostering relationships with brokers, addressing commission-related challenges, and ensuring the accuracy of broker account data within SAP C4C. The ideal candidate will uphold stringent internal controls, drive service excellence, and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders.
Pay: $21 per hour
Shift: M-F, 8am-5pm
Location: Mason, OH
Hybrid position: Remote/Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
Uphold internal controls to ensure accuracy of current broker data in an SAP C4C environment.
Develop, maintain, monitor, and report against department standards/results.
Monitor work queues and promptly respond to internal and external customers to enhance satisfaction.
Build, enhance, and maintain all current broker information, including appointment status, commission payment information, and contact details.
Continuously improve the quality, breadth, and depth of Broker information in SAP C4C and enhance the overall Broker experience.
Maintain ongoing communication with key customer interfaces, including Sales and Account Management and Broker representatives.
Effectively manage multiple communication channels, such as face-to-face, email, and phone interactions.
Possess a working knowledge of interface systems, including SAP C4C CRM and SAP.
Identify and recommend systems and process modifications for effective and efficient support of the service organization.
Maintain detailed knowledge of the SAP C4C CRM system/capabilities and apply this knowledge to enhance service for Sales and Service teams.
Analyze and evaluate issue trends to ensure continuous improvement.
Support projects and initiatives as needed.
Minimum (Required) Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent business experience required.
4-5 years of experience in business/broker operations.
Strong attention to detail is essential.
Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge of EyeMed’s Sales and Account Management processes, particularly with regards to Broker involvement and requirements.
Ability to research and analyze financial data.
Strong customer service focus, with the ability to work efficiently with strong personalities dealing with issues often related to earned commissions.
Experience working in SAP or similar CRM platforms is a significant plus.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to concisely summarize information and provide workable solutions.
