Our daily IPv4 scans and the world's largest SSL/TLS Certificate database enables customers with the most accurate and continuously updated attack surfaces. Enterprise security teams leverage Censys to keep pace with the speed of the business and gain an advantage on the rapidly evolving cyber-attack threats.
Role Overview: Censys is seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the successful deployment and integration of Censys solutions for our clients. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: - Client Onboarding: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and objectives. Guide clients through the onboarding process, including system setup, configuration, and integration with existing infrastructure.
- Solution Deployment : Lead the implementation of Censys solutions, including software installation, configuration, and customization based on client needs. Ensure seamless integration with clients' systems and networks.
- Technical Expertise : Serve as a subject matter expert on Censys products and technologies. Mapping out our customers unique toolset to accurately consult on best practices for integrations. Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, addressing any technical issues or challenges that arise.
- Project Management : Manage implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables. Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Client Engagement : Foster strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support throughout the implementation process. Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations to optimize the value of Censys solutions for clients' cybersecurity needs.
- Continuous Improvement : Continuously assess and improve implementation processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Provide feedback to internal teams to inform product enhancements and feature development based on client feedback and market trends.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
- Proficiency in cybersecurity concepts and technologies, including network security, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence.
- Strong technical skills with experience in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of successfully managing implementation projects and delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Any additional certifications or qualifications relevant to the role, such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, etc.
Our target salary range for this role is between $190,000 and $210,000 USD + bonus eligibility and equity.
